1. About this policy

This policy covers the Gladiatus Master browser extension, this website and our license server. Questions and requests: support@gladiatusmaster.com.

2. What stays on your computer

The extension reads the Gladiatus pages you have open to do its work. Your settings, the bot's progress and its log are kept in your browser's extension storage. None of this is sent to us, and it stays there when a license ends. Besides our license server, the extension talks only to the Gladiatus game servers you play on. We never receive your Gameforge password, your browsing history or your card details.

3. What we collect, and why

License checks. When you start a trial or buy a license, and from time to time after that, the extension sends our server your character's server code and player number. Your license key goes too, when you activate one. The panel shows this and asks you to agree before the first check. Our server stores only one-way fingerprints of the key and of the character, never the numbers or the key themselves, together with the plan, its end date and whether the character has used its free trial. We use this only to tell the extension whether the character is licensed, to allow one trial per character, and to help you when you write to us. Our server does not store your IP address. Cloudflare, which runs it, sees the address only to deliver the request and to block abuse, such as too many requests in a minute.

Purchases. You buy in our shop on Buy Me a Coffee, and Stripe processes the card payment, each under its own privacy policy. We never see your card. Buy Me a Coffee then sends us your email address, the order number and the amount, and the email address you typed into the checkout's question box, if it is a different one. Our server makes a license key for the order, and Resend, our email delivery service, sends it to you. We use your email address only to send you the key, to answer you and to sort out problems with an order, and we delete it once you activate the key (section 5).

Support. If you email us, we receive your address and your message. If you send a report from the panel, the extension sends your server code, player number, your message and, only if you choose, the last lines of the bot's log. The panel shows what will be sent first. Our server keeps no copy: it sends the message by email to our support address.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and loads nothing from other sites.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent data. We share only what each of these needs: Cloudflare (hosts this website and our server, forwards our email), Buy Me a Coffee and Stripe (shop and payments), Resend (sends you your license key, from its Japan region) and Google Gmail (our support mailbox, where your messages and panel reports arrive). We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

• License records: while the license or trial is active, and after that for 12 months. Then we erase the character fingerprint and the order numbers from it. The fingerprint that marks a used free trial is kept, so each character gets only one trial; it goes too if you ask us to delete your data.
• Your email address on an order: until you activate the order's key, then we delete it. A key that is never activated does not expire, so until then we keep the address, to send you the key again if you need it.
• Order number and amount: with the license record above. Refunded orders, and orders we could not match to a plan: 12 months.
• Support messages: as long as we need them to help you.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, copy or delete the data we hold about you. Write to support@gladiatusmaster.com with the Your character, for support line from your License tab (for example s64-tr:17321) or the email address you paid with. We answer within one month. Deleting your license record ends any license on it. Gladiatus Master is not meant for children.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Our server signs its answers so they cannot be faked, and its secret keys never leave the server.

8. Chrome Web Store: Limited Use

The use of information received by the Gladiatus Master extension will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use the data above only for the extension's single purpose. We don't sell it, use it for advertising or credit decisions, and no person reads it except to help you, for security, or when the law requires it.

9. Changes

If we change what we collect or why, we update this page and its date. If the extension starts sending anything new, it asks you in the panel first.
